I scheduled a first visit for our adopted puppy for a few weeks out, and when she developed an infection from her spay incision (not done there) I had to call to ask about what to do since it felt more urgent than waiting for her appointment. I can’t say enough nice things about how responsive and kind everyone was and after sending photos and talking with them on the phone multiple times, they got our dog an appointment the following day. This was all before she had visited a single time, which was so reassuring for us as new dog owners. It was a great first experience with them and happy to how found a caring and responsive vet!
Years ago I took my cat to Westwood Animal Hospital and they were fantastic with my fur baby. I always felt like my cat was in the best care and the staff loved him as much as I did. Recently, I started taking my current cat and the experience is the same. The vets are very thorough and great at explaining things in a way that makes sense to a non-medical person.

Westwood Animal Hospital was amazing and my 12 week old Cavapoo and myself had a great experience. Dr. Martin took the time to answer all my new fur parent questions and made me feel confident in what I was doing. We will definitely be coming back for all future care!
I have been a customer for many years.I had just my dog’s yearly physical and shots for boarding done at the end of May.I was out of town and boarding my dog at another facility when my dog became ill. The boarding company called asking for help and to have my dog be seen. They replied they did not have time to see my dog and could not keep him if that was needed, so they could not help. I’m thoroughly disappointed with this and you have now lost my business.
