Very clean, organized and professional office! They take very very good care of their patients. Kimberly, Kendal (hygienists), Holly and Valerie are pleasant and professional to work with. Highly recommend!!
I wasn't going to write a review. However, after speaking to other local dentists in the area who were so nice and helpful I felt the need to let others know to you can likely skip this dental office and go to another nearby dentist. My children and I parked a little far away and had walked to QFC for groceries. When we were walking back towards our car I noticed Village Dentistry. Being new in the area and being overdue to get my family into a dentist I figured why not just swing in and see if they take our insurance plan and then hopefully make appointments to be seen. We did likely look a little odd with walking with our groceries, we left them outside. I walked in and explained to the lady that we were new to the area and looking to find a dentist that accepted Tricare's active-duty military family dental plan. She seemed a little annoyed. She responded back very short with "I wouldn't know there are over 900 Tricare insurances." I politely let now there was actually only one Tricare Dental plan for active-duty military families. I asked if she knew if they took the active-duty plan. Her response was "probably." She made a point to say they don't take DSHS. There were about 4 other employees working at the front desk, only one was with the only other customer there. They didn't seem overly busy at all, phones were not ringing, the waiting room was empty. She asked if that answered my question. No. However, the snooty atmosphere and lack of customer service skills from the office it was clear we were either not welcomed and if we were I wouldn't have wanted to come here. I'm not going to book an appointment with a dental office that "probably" accepts our insurance. I let the lady know I would call Tricare and get a list of who we can be seen by. I also informed her that I believed they would know if they accepted the insurance. Almost all dental offices I have been to know this answer. Being military we move frequently, and I have never had an experience like this from any healthcare professional. There are some very nice and helpful dental offices that welcome my family and I. This is not one of them.
I am 78 and have had dental work all my life. My experience with Dr Ness and his staff is without exception the best treatment I have ever had. He explained everything.
Dr Hagel is so kind and was willing to spend time to explain my care to me. The staff is all very helpful and nice too!
