Since I just moved here they were quick to get me in as new patient. Helpful, pleasant staff. I had fear of loosening rod in hip, 6 months old surgery. Chris PA was great. On top of everything and spent time and went over everything and eased my mind Xrays, asked question Nothing to worry about and will monitor Very happy
Don’t go here for knee issues. I have a torn meniscus and the doctor here refused to do a “peer to peer” consultation with my insurance so my surgery GOT DENIED. When I asked the nurse she stated that “he doesn’t do those”. So a doctor apparently is too good to call an insurance company to get the necessary treatment for his patient. The staff was incredibly helpful except for this doctor. They all felt bad for me and then scheduled me another appointment for ANOTHER DOCTOR. I now have to restart the process with another doctor all because mine won’t call my insurance and tell them what he told me. Insanely unprofessional!
Had a visit to Andrew Johnson. Very through with explanation of treatment. Look forward to recovering with their help. Staff very pleasant and upbeat. I would recommend filling out questioner prior to visit. Very lengthy using their medical iPad.
MRI dept runs smooth as butter. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned and fresh for each patient
I highly recommend OAWF Physical Therapy team because all of them are excellent PT Specialist who treats you with care, enthusiasm and love. They have helped me a lot with my lower back and hip pain. If you’re suffering with pain and discomfort in your body give them a chance to help you. You won’t regret it.
