Incredible. If you are like me, and sorta dread working out, you blink, and class is over. You begin to crave it over and over when you feel yourself getting stronger and healthier. Great coaches, excellent class structure, full body work! Thank you OTF!
The Coaches and Staff at Orange Theory in Columbus have helped re-introduce me to fitness. I have gone from doing nothing to looking forward to my hour with them nearly every day. They do a tremendous job!
This place actually changed my life! Started going to OTF back in July of 2020 and have lost over 50lbs.! Great coaches and staff that guide you and encourage you daily. Everyone should try Orangetheory at least once!!!
Three months in, I'm down three pants sizes, and the smallest-sized end of my closet is in view. The facility, coaches, staff, and program are the best, hands down! The difficulty of my parameters are that I am 56 years old, and only 5 ft tall. I never could eat like other people, but with aging, my weight was out of control even at 700 calories a day, and my vitality was very low. I was desperate to turn things around. So I tried OTF in the nearest location which is a 2-hour 40min round trip for me in travel time four days a week. Although this sounds extreme, it has been well worth the investment in time and money! I cannot say enough good things about this program at my location.
I love the variety of workouts and the way the coaches are always so encouraging! I have recommended OTF to multiple people & a few people have joined me for a class and ended up signing up because they love it so much too. They coaches & front desk staff always keep you motivated. When I’ve had to cancel for any reason, they’ve always reached out. The music is always awesome & the atmosphere is so welcoming & enjoyable. Since the workout is always different I’m always learning new skills & the coaches are quick to correct your form to avoid injuries. I always looked at working out at a chore, but not anymore. Thanks to Orange Theory, I actually enjoy working out & look forward to classes!
