I had a great buying experience. I wasn't sure if I wanted a new car but I filled out the application just to see what would happen. I was approved fairly quickly. I didn't have to physically go to the dealer and wait and wait. I was approved and then drive an hour away to test drive my new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Our sales rep was amazing, as was our experience. And they aren't pushy. Thank you Pablo!!!!!!

the sales person Tyler was very nice but the first vehicle that was brought home had a major oil leak 2 days after buying it and we wanted to completely trade it in for another vehicle but were set on what model. they did have a 3 year newer model of the vehicle and due to the hassle of having to travel back to the dealership (3 hours total) we figured they would give us a better deal than what we got from them. overall they were fairly easy to deal with but were a little let down on the reputation repair after receiving a vehicle that had a major issue only 2 days after buying. in the end they did make it right and got us traded for the newer model and its been about 2 weeks with no issues, just paid more than we though we should have for everything that happened.

I have had good service in the past leasing a 2016 escape for 2 years and then a 2018 escape for 3 years. I think I was given a good deal. When it came time for the 2018 lease to end, I decided to purchase it as the buy out price stated in the lease was good considering used car prices in spring 2020 and especially since I had not put on the miles expected. I contacted Maguire Ford 2 1/2 weeks ahead of time to purchase it knowing that I was making the purchase long distance (snowbird in FL). I was constantly told it takes 2 hours and not to worry. 2 weeks later, I was able to purchase the car. I had already received approval from CFCU but was told they could get me a lower interest rate. Yes, they obtained one slightly lower but It was not until after continuously contacting the salesman, his manager, and finally the manager. There was one reason after another that it took 2 weeks-- ie, my information for credit was miscommunicated, they were taking care of another customer, etc. As it stands now, I do not think I will go back to Maguire Ford.
