Run away! The owner will blame your hair for failing on a two block hairdo and the hair washing assistant will call you ja yeon in, a caveman for growing a long hair lol
Scroll down, scroll down, and you'll see a lot of bad reviews of this place. I hate myself why I didn't read these reviews earlier!!! A guy did the haircut for me. (after reading these reviews, I believe he is Jeff). Very rude, the hot air from the hairdryer almost burnt me, but he seemed doesn't care for the customer at all. And he used hair clipper (hair clipper!) to trim my hair at the very end. Excuse me???!!! I've never met any hairdresser using clipper to a female customer. The process is super fast, and they charge $60+tips... I will never never step into this hell store again.
Hello We went to Shirin ,and she did great job . Amazing hair coloring ,great cut and blow dry ,and nice hair stylist . I'm sure we will go to Shirin soon for my mother in law.
The hairstylist, a guy, who I was dealing with is very rude and impatient. Worst customer communication ever. Not recommend
