About K.B.D Supply

Over the years, I have worked in 3 separate offices, but one thing has remained the same, in each business, we switched all bulk ordering to KBD Supply. We were tired of paying the inflated WB Mason pricing, and tired of the cheap office supplies from Staples and Amazon. With KBD, we found our favorite brands with affordable pricing. The staff has also gone above and beyond with processing our orders. One time, I placed an order of garbage bags, coffee cups, coffee lids, and more. I accidentally ordered the wrong size lids for the coffee cups. Not only did they notice the mismatched size of the cups and lids, they they swapped out the lids for me at no additional cost, even though they were more money, and they sent me an email with a link to the lids I needed for the future. In addition, they did this all within 24 hours of me placing the order, so my shipment wasn’t delayed at all. That is impeccable customer service. All of our shipments are made promptly and I’ve never received any damaged items. KBD Supply is both reliable, dependable, and most importantly, honest. I look forward to placing many more orders in the future.

Please beware This company is a bunch of skilled scam artists. We were on the way to pick up goods from this company and they would refuse to show us the goods before purchasing very unprofessional would not recommend anyone to work with them
