Such a great company. The office answered questions and gave pricing options. I was able to schedule service quickly. Service tech, James,, came out and was beyond wonderful. He answered all my questions, explained things amazingly, and my 9 year old was curious and interested and James was so kind showing him things. Great experience from start to finish. I called the office to compliment as well. Highly recommend.
I needed septic tank pump out and had a non-functioning lift station that I needed looked at. I expected a multi-day / multi-visit / multi-person process. Service Tech Raul came to the house pumped out the tank & lift station, diagnosed the lift station problem, and replaced lift station pump all in one visit. Fast - Efficient - Fair I couldn't have been been happier with the service I received. There is no reason to call anywhere else in the future. Thank you Crews Environmental and thank you to Raul!
Raul was our technician. He came to our home on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm and pumped our tank, He even returned a couple days later to install a new pump. He is amazing and very knowledgeable. There were several holes dug in the yard but by the time he left you couldn't even tell. Raul is very good at his job! As a company, we are very impressed with Crews Environmental.
I called on Saturday night and Raul came over at 9 am on Sunday to clean out our septic because of a backup. Excellent communication and very informative. Raul had to do a lot of digging, like he was going to the center of the earth. He was awesome. Can't say enough good things about this company, which I have been using for years.
From start to finish, Crews Environmental was AMAZING! James was the technician that came out. He was so helpful and informative. I will be recommending Crews and James to any friends or family who need their septic cleaned! Big shout out to James who put our yard back together. He was careful around our surrounding landscape and put our grass back so beautifully.
