Today I had Robert from your company come by to give me an estimate for a new garage door. I have to say that it was an amazing experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions honestly. Above all he was extremely professional. Consider yourselves lucky to have such a great employee. I bought a new garage door from this company and the subcontractor they sent to install broke my garage door opener. Obviously ADCO tried to say that my opener was already bad, but it was less than a year old and it was working when the installer arrived. I've complained to them to fix it but they refuse to even answer my messages. The door itself is fine but then again, they did not make it. I will never refer anyone to them. In the end, I had to buy a new opener and have some other company install it. Also, I still wonder why they had another company Do the install instead having their own workers do it. Also that crew was very shaddy looking as they told me repeatedly that I should buy another model garage opener. It crossed my mind that they broke my opener on purpose but of course how do you prove that. Caveat emptor!
Wonderful job! They are extremely professional, the job looks great and JC made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. 5 stars!
