Anna in the front office is an absolute sweetheart. She worked with us and was very patient as we struggled to get not only into our unit but also out of it. I ever have to do storage in Waynesboro again I will definitely pick this place over any other deal discount or savings. Thanks again Anna you made a a complicated and aggravated situation a whole lot smoother.

Rude and disrespectful employee that would rather have the unnecessary drama instead of stopping for 2 seconds and listening instead of talking. Also the fact that the employees leave way early for or come back way late from lunch and has no regard for any of the people that had time taken away from their day because the employee didn't feel the need to be at the location. Also they will lock you out of your unit either at the end of the day BEFORE your payment is due or the morning of the day your payment is due and then treat you as if you are past due and that it's so much work just in order to remove their lock ON THE EXACT SAME DAY THE PAYMENT IS DUE. Both women are extremely rude and very unfriendly and I'm out opinion in the wrong profession. Units are way overpriced and in my opinion definitely not worth all you have to go though just to have a basic unit. I believe that it definitely will pay off to spend a little extra time checking into other facilities as we did and I'm my opinion there are alot of better options.
